Dune
A new photo is out of actor Chang Chen as Doctor Yueh in Denis Villeneuve’s planned two-part adaptation of Frank Herbert’s 1965 novel “Dune”. The shot comes as one of the film’s stars, Jason Momoa, appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show recently and discussed his character Duncan Idaho.
Of his part he says: “I get to play this character Duncan Idaho, who’s kind of a master swordsman who’s made the right hand man to Duke Leto (Oscar Isaac). He’s the first person to be sent out to land on Dune and that’s when I meet the character that Javier Bardem plays. I can’t believe I had a scene with Javier Bardem. It’s a pretty massive film and I get to be this little – he’s kind of the Han Solo-esque of the group. He’s this rogue warrior who protects Timothee Chalamet and serves Oscar Isaac.”

Twin Peaks
David Bushman’s new book “Conversations With Mark Frost” includes a discussion of a possible fourth season of “Twin Peaks” and Frost indicates he’s open to more: “I never want to close the door on that entirely. It remains a wonderful, alive creation for people that I hope stays provocative and interesting and open to their various lines of inquiry for a long time to come. As far as I’m concerned, that means the story isn’t over.” [Source: Indiewire]
