Da 5 Bloods
The first official photos for Oscar-winning filmmaker Spike Lee’s Vietnam war drama “Da 5 Bloods” have been released by Vanity Fair ahead of the film dropping on Netflix on June 12th. Chadwick Boseman, Delroy Lindo, Jean Reno, Clarke Peters, Jonathan Majors, Paul Walter Hauser and Melanie Thierry co-star.
The story follows four African American veterans who return to Vietnam. Searching for the remains of their fallen squad leader and the promise of buried treasure, our heroes battle forces of man and nature – while confronted by the lasting ravages of the immorality of the Vietnam War. Trigger Warning
Jessica Alba will star in the action feature “Trigger Warning” for Netflix. Josh Olson (“A History of Violence”) and John Brancato (“Terminator Salvation”) penned the script while Mouly Surya (“Marlina the Murderer in Four Acts”) directs. Alba plays a traumatized veteran who inherits her grandfather’s bar and faces a moral dilemma after learning the truth behind his untimely death. Basil Iwanyk and Erica Lee are producing. The Good Girls
NBC has renewed the Christina Hendricks, Mae Whitman and Retta-led drama “Good Girls” for a fourth season. The series pulls in 3.4 million viewers and a 0.9 rating in Live+7. The renewal comes after season three of the series was cut short by five episodes due to the coronavirus pandemic. [Source: Variety]

Netflix has announced a June 5th premiere date for the upcoming fifth season of their popular reality series “Queer Eye”.
