Universal Pictures has released a new promo video for the long-awaited animated sequel “Puss in Boots: The Last Wish”, which finally comes to cinemas on December 21st.
The 40-second clip has fun with ASMR as the velvety-voiced Antonio Banderas records some ASMR for the audience but finds his attempts interrupted by Harvey Guillen’s clumsy Perro.
The sequel will again follow Puss in Boots as he discovers that his passion for adventure has taken its toll. He has burned through eight of his nine lives, leaving him with only one life left. Puss sets out on an epic journey to find the mythical Last Wish and restore his nine lives.
Salma Hayek Pinault, Florence Pugh, Jack Horner, John Mulaney, Wagner Moura, Olivia Colman, Ray Winstone, Samson Kayo, Anthony Mendez, and Da’Vine Joy Randolph also lend their voices to the film, which is being co-directed by Joel Crawford and Januel Mercado.
