Brad Pitt’s production company Plan B has hopped on board the long in development “Beetlejuice” sequel for Warner Bros. Pictures according to The Ankler.
The sequel to the 1988 supernatural comedy is still early in the works with a script yet to be written, but the signing on of Pitt finally gives this follow-up some momentum.
Michael Keaton, Alec Baldwin, Geena Davis, Catherine O’Hara and Winona Ryder co-starred in the Tim Burton-directed original which remains a cult favorite to this day.
