New behind-the-scenes photos have emerged from the set of the currently shooting third season of Hulu’s “Only Murders in the Building” with the photos teasing a potential wedding for one of the trio.
The shots showcase Selena Gomez’s Mabel in a wedding dress while filming in New York City. Steve Martin’s Charles and Martin Short’s Oliver are also on hand for scenes which were shot around the entrance of the ‘Arconia’ building that serves as the show’s central location.
Just who she might be marrying isn’t clear. Aaron Dominguez’s Oscar Torres and Cara Delevingne’s Alice Banks were her love interests in the first two seasons but neither is expected to return for the new run.
Instead, Meryl Streep and Paul Rudd have joined the cast of the new season which will deal with the fallout of Oliver’s play on opening night when Rudd’s actor character Ben Glenroy died on stage. Deadline adds that actors Jeremy Shamos, Linda Emond and Wesley Taylor have joined the new season in recurring roles. Specifics of those roles are under wraps.
This sets off the trio of true crime-loving podcasters to solve what happened. Ben Glenroy and Ashley Park also star in the new run which hails from co-writers and co-creators Steve Martin and John Hoffman. Jamie Babbitt, Dan Fogelman, and Jess Rosenthal also executive produce.
The first two seasons are now available for streaming on Hulu.
