Lionsgate has released the first photos and poster for Oscar-winning “12 Years a Slave” writer and “American Crime” creator John Ridley’s new directorial effort “Needle in a Timestack”.
An adaptation of the sci-fi short story of the same name by Robert Silverberg, the story unfolds in the near future where Nick and Janine (Lesli Odom, Jr., Cynthia Erivo) live in marital bliss until Janine’s ex-husband (Orlando Bloom) warps time to try and tear them apart using Nick’s college girlfriend (Freida Pinto).
As Nick’s memories and reality disappear, he must decide what he’s willing to sacrifice in order to hold onto – or let go of – everything he loves.
Jadyn Wong co-stars in the film which will score a digital and limited theatrical release on October 15th.
