Paramount Pictures, Platinum Dunes and writers Jason Pagan and Andrew Stark are teaming for the high-concept, found footage sci-fi thriller “Raindrop”.
The story follows a teenage protagonist, though specific details are under wraps.
Paramount, Platinum Dunes and the scribes previously teamed on the similarly shot $13 million thriller “Almanac” which opens February next year.
This film is expected to have a slightly higher budget, but will sport “innovative handheld camera” similar to “Almanac”.
