Paramount Pictures has acquired the film rights to Tana French’s novel “The Likeness” says Deadline.
The story follows a young female detective who goes undercover to solve a murder in an elite college town, but finds this new world to be quite seductive.
The book is a sequel to French’s novel “In The Woods” which Paramount has also acquired. Stephanie Savage will adapt the script and produce alongside Josh Schwartz.
