Oren Uziel (“The Lost City,” “22 Jump Street”) has been brought onboard to pen the new Ryan Reynolds-led “Clue” movie at 20th Century Studios.
He takes over from “Deadpool” scribes Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick who penned the previous draft of this new cinematic take of Hasbro’s popular whodunnit game. James Bobin remains attached to direct the project.
The new take follows the Johnathan Lynn-directed iconic 1985 previous comedy film adaptation starring the likes of Tim Curry, Madeline Kahn, Christopher Lloyd, Michael McKean, Martin Mull, Lesley Ann Warren and Eileen Brennan.
