Amazon Prime has released the official trailer for the fifth season of its acclaimed sci-fi series “The Expanse”.
The streamer has also confirmed that the first three episodes will arrive on December 16th while the remainder of the ten-episode season will be released one installment at a time each Wednesday leading up to the finale on February 3rd.
With the gates open to colonization from all factions, a multitudes of humans leave the solar system in search of new homes and vast fortunes on the earth-like worlds beyond the alien Ring. The heavy price for centuries of exploitation of the Belt finally comes due though, as Marco Inaros wages war against Earth and Mars for a lifetime of oppression and injustice.
For the crew of the Rocinante and the leaders of the Inner Planets and the Belt, the past and present converge, bringing forth personal challenges that have wide-reaching repercussions throughout the Solar System.
