“Better Call Saul” star Bob Odenkirk is rumored to be sought for a key role in Marvel Studios’ upcoming “Wonder Man” television series.
Yahya Abdul-Mateen II has been set for the lead role of Simon Williams, aka Wonder Man, in the series and will be joined by the return of Ben Kingsley as Trevor Slattery.
The Illuminerdi, who reported the news, indicates the likeliest possibility of a role for Odenkirk is that of Neal Saroyan – the agent of Williams who is an actor by trade. In the comics the character ends up being a criminal mastermind.
