Producer Seth Rogen has announced the official title for Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon’s CG-animated “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” feature reboot. It’s called “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem”.
The reveal comes exactly one year out from the film’s theatrical release on August 4th 2023 where it will open against the Jason Statham-led “The Meg” sequel.
Jeff Rowe (“Gravity Falls,” “Connected”) directs from a screenplay written by Brendan O’Brien (“Neighbors: Sorority Rising”) with the tone said to be akin to a coming-of-age story.
As a result, real teenagers will be cast in the voices Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael. Rogen, Evan Goldberg, and James Weaver produce.
