Some more set photos are out today from two major upcoming superhero films. The first has “X-Men: Apocalypse” director Bryan Singer teasing the appearance of actor Ben Hardy as Angel in the film.
Concept art suggested the character is initially seen in some kind of Thunderdome-esque fight club in East Berlin in the 1980s and this would seem to confirm that. The movie itself is still shooting in Montreal and opens next year.
Also today, new photos of Chris Evans and Anthony Mackie in modern day Berlin filming “Captain America: Civil War” have gone online via social media channels. The pair appear in character in civilian garb for their scenes.

The pics come as Yahoo reports that a minor controversy has erupted over the home video release of “Avengers: Age of Ultron” in the UK. It seems the disc cover art has seen the removal of all the characters bar Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Ultron and the Hulk – leading to claims of sexism.
