Ahead of its release next week, Netflix has premiered the full trailer for the Joe Carnahan-directed crime thriller “The Rip” starring Ben Affleck and Matt Damon.
Upon discovering millions in cash in a derelict stash house, trust among a team of Miami cops begins to fray.
As outside forces learn about the size of the seizure, everything is called into question – including who they can rely on. The story is inspired by true events.
Steven Yeun, Sasha Calle, Teyana Taylor, Nestor Carbonell, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Kyle Chandler, Scott Adkins and Lina Esco also star.
Carnahan also penned the script, which Affleck, Damon, Luciana Damon, and Dani Bernfeld produce through their Artists Equity label.
“The Rip” is set to premiere exclusively on Netflix on January 16th.
