Following a teaser back in September, Netflix has now premiered the full trailer and poster for “The Big Short” and “Anchorman” director Adam McKay’s new black comedy “Don’t Look Up”.
The story follows an astronomy professor and his grad student who discover a giant meteor that is set to hit the Earth in six months. Desperate to rally humanity to avert disaster, the pair go on a media tour to warn the world
Jennifer Lawrence, Leonardo DiCaprio, Meryl Streep, Rob Morgan, Cate Blanchett, Mark Rylance, Jonah Hill, Timothee Chalamet, Michael Chiklis, Himesh Patel, Ron Perlman, Scott Mescudi, Ariana Grande and Tyler Perry star.
McKay writes, direct and co-produces along with Kevin Messick. The film will first open in cinemas on December 10th and then be available to stream on Netflix worldwide on Christmas Eve.
