Two more trailers today on what has been a very busy day for previews.
First up, Netflix has released the official trailer for the sports biographical drama “Nyad” starring Oscar nominee Annette Bening as swimmer Diana Nyad.
The story follows Bening’s Nyad on the journey she must go through in order to fulfill her life-long dream of completing a 110 miles swim from Cuba to Florida.
Jodie Foster co-stars in the film helmed by “Free Solo” filmmakers Elizabeth Chai Vasarhelyi and Jimmy Chin. It arrives in select cinemas on October 20th followed by a streaming debut on November 3rd.
Also today, Neon has released trailer for “The Royal Hotel” starring Julia Garner and Jessica Henwick. The film just had its world premiere at Telluride.
The story follows Americans Hanna and Liv, best friends backpacking in Australia. After they run out of money, they take a job behind the bar of a pub in a remote Outback mining town.
The pair soon find themselves trapped in an unnerving situation that grows rapidly out of their control. The film hits cinemas on October 6th. Kitty Green helms the film which also stars Toby Wallace, Hugo Weaving, Ursula Yovich and James Frecheville.
