Ubisoft is holding a world premiere event on Thursday, May 9th at 11:30am US-PT to announce the next entry in the “Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon” tactical military shooter franchise.
The franchise last released “Ghost Recon: Wildlands” back in 2017, the first game in the franchise to feature an open world environment.
Last week, Ubisoft premiered new ‘Wildlands content titled ‘Operation Oracle’ which potentially hints at where it’s going with the next installment. Said update sports two brand-new missions featuring “The Punisher” actor Jon Bernthal as Major Cole D. Walker – a fellow Ghost Team Leader with his own agenda.
Said missions involve extracting a Skell Tech engineer that’s been arrested by Unidad, an asset who knows sensitive U.S. industrial secrets and needs protecting.
