A new report by Tom Henderson at Try Hard Guides alleges that 110 Industries has secured a license for the “Blade Runner” franchise and is apparently in very early development of a video game set in that universe.
110 Industries is based in Tolochenaz, Switzerland and has several titles currently in production or development including “Wanted: Dead” for this year, “Vengeance is Mine” in 2023 and “Red Goes Faster” in 2024. “Blade Runner” will reportedly come after those in 2025.
The property was previously translated into game form back in 1997 with a well-regarded point-and-click adventure by Westwood Studios and Virgin. Nightdive Studios and Limited Run Games are working on an ‘Enhanced Edition’ remaster of that game which will soon be available for pre-order.
