Netflix has been busy this week in the UK.
Hot on the heels of the formal renewal of “The Gentlemen” for a third season, the streamer has also picked up Steven Knight’s Guinness brewing dynasty “House of Guinness” for a second season to begin filming in January.
Also coming back for a sophomore run are the Steve Coogan-led “Legends” and reality series “Being Gordon Ramsay”. “At Home with the Furys” will also return for a third season.
They join previously announced renewals for UK shows like “Black Doves” and “Supacell”, with the former airing later this year while the latter just wrapping filming.
Also coming is an eighth season of Charlie Brooker’s “Black Mirror” which is now officially in production. That season of the dystopian anthology series started shooting this summer, although no launch date is set and no cast has been revealed at this time.
They all join several other UK unscripted series coming, including “Love is Blind U.K.,” “Formula 1: Drive to Survive” and “The Rest is Football”.
