Netflix has premiered the first photos from “Extraction,” the action thriller previously titled “Dhaka” and which hails from producers Joe and Anthony Russo.
Chris Hemsworth stars as the awesomely named mercenary Tyler Rake. The story begins when a young boy becomes the pawn in a war between notorious drug lords.
After being trapped by kidnappers inside one of the world’s most impenetrable cities, his rescue beckons the unparalleled skill of Rake – a broken man with nothing to lose, harboring a death wish that makes an already deadly mission near impossible.
David Harbour, Derek Luke and Fay Masterson co-star in the film which Joe Russo penned and which Sam Hargrave directs. The streamer has also announced an April 24th release date on the service.
