Netflix has picked up the worldwide rights to the Gal Gadot-led espionage thriller “Heart of Stone” at Skydance Media.
Tom Harper (“The Aeronauts”) helms the project from a screenplay by Greg Rucka and Allison Schroeder. Plot specifics are under wraps beyond it involving several international locales.
Gadot, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, Jaron Varsano, Bonnie Curtis and Julie Lynn are producing.
The news follows hot on the heels of Skydance reportedly making a deal to deal its Chris Pratt-led sci-fi feature “The Tomorrow War” to Amazon. The company also auctioned off animated features “Spellbound” and “Luck” recently.
Skydance and Netflix previously teamed on “6 Underground” and “The Old Guard”.
