Netflix has canceled its teen fantasy drama series “Fate: The Winx Saga” after two seasons.
Showrunner Bryan Young revealed the news of the cancellation in an Instagram post today, saying the streamer “decided not to move forward with season three of Fate: The Winx Saga”.
Based on the Nickelodeon animated series “Winx Club,” ‘Fate’ followed Bloom (Abigail Cowen), a fairy raised by human parents who enrolls at a boarding school for other fairies.
She begins to learn about her past and confronts a threat to both the magical Otherworld and her earthly home. Netflix’s internal rankings have revealed the second season scored soft viewership.
