NBC has pulled the plug on both its supernatural soap drama “Midnight, Texas” and the comedy “Marlon”.
‘Midnight,’ led by “The Borgias” star Francois Arnaud, wraps up its nine-episode second season next Friday with the most recent episode of the show nabbing 2.4 million viewers and a 0.4 demo rating in Live+Same Day ratings – that will grow with delayed viewing factored in.
Universal TV is in the process of shopping that show around to other outlets. Meanwhile the Marlon Wayans-led comedy series “Marlon” ended its second season in July. It averaged a 0.6 rating and 2.6 million total viewers in season two.
