“Serendipity” scribe Marc Klein has sold his romantic comedy script “Unreasonable Doubt” to Universal Pictures says the trades.
The story centers on two jurors who fall in love during a court case. “National Treasure” film series director Jon Turteltaub is in negotiations to direct.
Andrew Panay will produce. Klein is also writing the adaptation of the Tony-winning musical “In the Heights” and the rom-com “TMI”.
