Netflix has announced that crime drama series “Narcos: Mexico” will end with the upcoming ten-episode third season which will debut on the streamer on November 5th.
The new season will be set in the 1990s as the globalization of the drug business ignites. Newly independent cartels struggle to survive political upheaval and escalating violence and a new generation of Mexican kingpins emerge.
But in this war, truth is the first casualty – and every arrest, murder and take-done only pushes real victory further away.
Luisa Rubino joins the new season as Andrea Nunez, a young idealistic and ambitious journalist whose mission to expose corruption brings her an even bigger story than anticipated.
