Comedian Kumail Nanjiani, a regular on HBO’s comedy series “Silicon Valley,” has scored a guest starring role in one of the episodes of “The X-Files” event series revival set to premiere in January.
Nanjiani, a successful stand-up in his own right before getting the gig, actually runs a podcast called “The X-Files Files” which breaks down individual episodes. Naturally this casting has made him ecstatic and he’s posted a photo of himself on the set. [Source: Twitter]
