Ahead of the TCA presentation and just over a month after the service launched, Discovery+ has added eight feature documentaries, including several notable festival titles, to its upcoming slate.

“The Walrus and the Whistleblower” premieres March 4th and follows a whistleblower who is sued for $1.5 million for plotting to steal a walrus to end marine mammal captivity.

Paul Rudd and Mariska Hargitay executive produce “My Beautiful Stutter” launching March 11th. It follows five kids who stutter, ages 9 to 18, who meet at an interactive arts-based program in New York City.

“Groomed” on March 18th follows filmmaker Gwen van de Pas as she returns to her hometown in search of answers about the man who sexually abused her as a child.

“Miracle Fishing: Kidnapped Abroad” launches March 25th and tells the story of Miles Hargrove’s father, who in 1994 was kidnapped outside their home in Colombia by the FARC.

The Jason Momoa executive produced “Future People: The Family of Donor 5114,” launching April 10th, was filmed over eight years and follows a group of adolescents who discover that they were conceived from the same sperm donor. There are presently 37 half-siblings and counting.

“Genius Factory” premieres on May 20th and explores the tale of Robert Graham, an eccentric billionaire who in the 1980s wanted to create the world’s smartest kids so he funded the largest legal genetic experiment in human history.

“Apocalypse ’45,” which premieres on May 27th, recounts the end of World War II with never before seen restored footage and the voices of 24 men who lived through these events.

Finally, “Yellowstone: Super Volcanoes” arrives June 3rd and looks at the national park’s fiery time bomb slowly building up to its next eruption with the potential to become the biggest natural disaster to ever hit the modern world.
