The star-studded cast has been announced for Amazon’s seven-part anthology series “Solos” premiering later this year.
Academy Award-winner Morgan Freeman, Anne Hathaway and Helen Mirren, Emmy Award-winner Uzo Aduba, and actors Nicole Beharie, Anthony Mackie, Dan Stevens, and Constance Wu will all star.
The series explores the deeper meaning of human connection through the lens of the individual. It will tell stories, each from a different perspective and moment in time, about how humanity binds together.
“Hunters” creator David Weil serves as executive producer and showrunner and will also make his directorial debut. Sam Taylor-Johnson and Laura Lancaster also executive produce. Taylor-Johnson, Zach Braff and Tiffany Johnson will also direct episodes.
