Hot off “Top Gun: Maverick” and “Spiderhead,” Miles Teller is reportedly in final negotiations to star in filmmaker Scott Derrickson’s event film “The Gorge” at Skydance.
Derrickson, who had success this Summer with “The Black Phone,” helms from a spec script by “The Tomorrow War” scribe Zach Dean in a project dubbed a “high-action, genre-bending love story”. Plot specifics are under wraps.
Derrickson, Dean, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, C. Robert Cargill, Sherryl Clark, Adam Kolbrenner and Greg Goodman are all producing.
