MGM has acquired the feature remake rights to British writer/director/VFX artist Rob McLellan’s short film “Abe”.
McLellan (“Strings”) will write and direct the feature which deals with a robot serial killer. Kevin Misher and Steve Tzirlin will produce.
The original short can be seen below. McLellan also penned the spec “Strings” which deals with time-traveling thieves.
