Melanie Griffith has joined the cast of the upcoming thriller “The Grief Tourist” for Vision Entertainment Group and Suzanne DeLaurentiis Productions reports Yahoo News.
The story follows a disturbed and troubled man (Michael Cudlitz) whose fascination with serial killers leads him and the audience on a horrific and menacing journey through his obsessive and twisted mind as he retraces their footsteps.
Suri Krishnamma (“A Man of No Importance,” “New Years Day”) directs from a script by Frank John Hughes. Production is currently underway for release next year.
Griffith is currently at work on Nick Cassavettes drama “Yellow” co-starring Sienna Miller and Ben Foster.
