Filmmaker Danny Boyle has been shooting the “Trainspotting” sequel for a few months now with the various key cast members reunited for this follow-up twenty years on from the iconic 1996 original.
Today, new photos have gone online with pics of actors Ewan McGregor and Ewen Bremner alongside Boyle filming a new scene on the streets of Edinburgh.
TriStar Pictures has acquired worldwide rights to Danny Boyle’s much-anticipated sequel which also stars Jonny Lee Miller and Robert Carlyle. The film is currently targeting a 2017 release to coincide with the 21st birthday of the original.
