McG (“Terminator Salvation,” “Charlie’s Angels”) is in final negotiations to direct the horror comedy “The Babysitter” at New Line and his own Wonderland Sound & Vision label.
Brian Duffield script ranked high on the 2014 Blacklist and follows a twelve-year-old boy and his babysitter on a night where things go very wrong. The boy learns a few lessons about life, love and murder along the way.
Wonderland initially optioned the project and developed it before taking it to a studio. McG and Mary Viola will produce.
