Former “Gerry” co-stars Matt Damon and Casey Affleck are set to re-team in filmmaker Doug Liman’s “The Instigators” for Apple Original Films.
“City on a Hill” creator Chuck Maclean’s script sees the pair playing two thieves on the run with the help of one of their therapists after a robbery goes wrong.
Damon, Ben Affleck, Jeff Robinov, John Graham and Kevin Walsh will produce. Damon and Liman previously worked together on the original “The Bourne Identity”.
Damon and Casey Affleck also both have roles in Christopher Nolan’s “Oppenheimer” movie opening next year.
