The Enterprise-D crew is getting back together as the major seven cast regulars from “Star Trek: The Next Generation” will reunite for the upcoming third and final season of “Star Trek: Picard”.

A just-released video by the Paramount+ service reveals that actors LeVar Burton, Michael Dorn, Jonathan Frakes, Gates McFadden, Marina Sirtis and Brent Spiner will all reprise their roles alongside Patrick Stewart in the final run of the sequel series.

Frakes and Sirtis appeared in the first season whilst Spiner has been a recurring player throughout the series, but this will see a return of Burton, Dorn and McFadden to their roles for the first time in many years.

Production on that third season wrapped a month ago with the episodes expected to premiere on Paramount+ in the U.S. and on Amazon Prime internationally in early 2023. “Star Trek: Picard” is currently halfway through airing its second season.
