Disney+ has confirmed, following the accidental leak of the news last weekend, that a short film centered on The Mandalorian’s Grogu (aka Baby Yoda) will hit the streamer tomorrow.
“Zen – Grogu and Dust Bunnies” will be a hand-drawn animated original short by Studio Ghibli, the creators of iconic animated films such as “Spirited Away” and “Princess Mononoke”
The short is timed with the three-year anniversary of the premiere of “The Mandalorian” and it arrives several months ahead of the third season premiere of that show which returns in February.
