Following its impressive debut, HBO has released a trailer for what’s to come in the season ahead for its new series “Lovecraft Country”.
The first episode was a dark and tense road trip of sorts, setting up the mystery and ending on a major hook. The new episodes take us deeper into darkness with some treasure hunting, strange cults, past lives and more.
Atticus Black (Jonathan Majors), Letitia Dandridge (Jurnee Smollett-Bell) and the newly introduced Montrose Freeman (Michael Kenneth Williams) investigate their birthright. George Black (Courtney B. Vance) and Ruby Dandridge (Wunmi Mosaku) also become caught up in the action.
Misha Green, J.J. Abrams, and Jordan Peele produce the series which airs Sundays on HBO.
