Lost Kubrick Work To Shoot This Fall

Producers Bruce Hendricks and Galen Walker have optioned the rights to Stanley Kubrick’s unmade film-noir work “Lunatic At Large”.

The project was one of three film stories found in Kubrick’s archives after his passing. Kubrick and author Jim Thompson worked on a 70-page script treatment which Kubrick intended to direct at some point.

The plan is to produce the film from this treatment starting this Fall. Walker says in a statement the plan is to keep Kubrick’s “unique style and vision”.

Alan Ett and Ivett Havasi will also produce.
