Phil Lord and Chris Miller are teaming with “Ready or Not” directors Radio Silence for an untitled project described as a “bear-driven horror-comedy with heart” at Universal Pictures.
More specifically it is being dubbed a cross between this year’s raunchy underage kids comedy “Good Boys” and the Leonardo DiCaprio-led survival drama “The Revenant”.
Jimmy Warden penned the spec script which Lord and Miller will produce. The Radio Silence trio of Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett will direct while Chad Villella will produce.
Warden previously worked as a production assistant on Lord & Miller’s “21 Jump Street” film.
