“Loki” and “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” writer Michael Waldron has reportedly been set to write “Avengers: Secret Wars” for Marvel Studios.
The announcement follows on from word the other week that Jeff Loveness was on board to write “Avengers: The Kang Dynasty” with Destin Daniel Cretton directing that project.
‘Secret Wars,’ which will serve as the sixth “Avengers” film, will have its own director to be announced at a later date. For now the film remains on track for a November 8th 2025 release.
Waldron is also currently developing and writing Kevin Feige’s secret “Star Wars” film for Lucasfilm.
