Krysten Ritter (“Jessica Jones,” “Breaking Bad”) will star in and executive produce “Orphan Black: Echoes,” a new series set in the “Orphan Black” universe for AMC Networks.
The series will follow a group of women as they interact in one another’s lives, while also looking to solve the mystery of their identity in the process.
Ritter will play Lucy, a woman with ‘an unimaginable origin story’ as she is trying to find their place in the world.
The series follows on from the original Canadian sci-fi thriller which ran from 2013-2017 and starred Tatiana Maslany in multiple roles as various genetically identical clones.
