“The Kissing Booth” actress Joey King has landed a lead role opposite Brad Pit in the action thriller “Bullet Train”.
Based on the Japanese novel “Maria Beetle,” the story follows five assassins who find themselves on a fast moving bullet train from Tokyo to Morioka with only a few stops in between.
They discover their missions are not unrelated to each other. The question becomes who will make it off the train alive and what awaits them at the terminal station?
21-year-old King will play one of the assassins. David Leitch (“Deadpool 2,” “Hobbs & Shaw”) will direct with filming slated to begin in Los Angeles in the Fall.
