Justice League Prematurely Pops Up
HBO Max

The anticipated four-hour cut of director Zack Snyder’s “Justice League,” which isn’t supposed to arrive until next Thursday, briefly popped up on the HBO Max earlier today.

Some users who attempted to access the new “Tom & Jerry” film reportedly found they were playing the upcoming “Justice League” recut instead. Some users managed to watch up to an hour of the new ‘League’ before it was taken down.

Restarts only led to “Tom and Jerry” playing as it should have. HBO Max issued a statement saying: “Zack Snyder’s Justice League was temporarily available on HBO Max and the error was addressed within minutes.”

Promotion for the release continues with several more themed TV spots popping up along with Snyder recently discussing what would have been in the two sequels he wanted to make to ‘League’ including the assembly of The Legion of Doom (Dr. Poison, Black Manta, Ocean Master, Captain Cold, and The Riddler) according to The Playlist.

Said group would’ve killed Wonder Woman and Aquaman, Lex Luthor would’ve been killed by Superman under Darkseid’s control, Riddler would commit suicide after solving the Anti-Life Equation, and Cyborg would’ve been torn in half. The third film would see Flash going back in time to undo all that.

“Zack Snyder’s Justice League” arrives on the service on March 18th. Check out the trailers below:
