Milla Jovovich and Dave Bautista are attached to star in a film adaptation of “Game of Thrones” author George R. R. Martin’s short story “In the Lost Lands”.
Jovovich’s husband Paul W. S. Anderson, who directed her in several “Resident Evil” movies and the recent “Monster Hunter,” helms the film which will be sold at the upcoming virtual Berlin market.
Jovovich will play Gray Alys, a dangerous and feared sorceress hired by a desperate queen in order to fulfil her love. Alys is sent to the ghostly wilderness known as the Lost Lands and with her guide, the drifter Boyce (Bautista), they must outwit and outfight man and demon.
The project was first announced back in 2015 but Bautista and Anderson have only just come onboard. All three will produce along with Jeremy Bolt and Jonathan Meisner.
