Warner Bros. Pictures has reportedly set an October 4th 2024 release date for “Joker: Folie a Deux,” the Todd Phillips-directed sequel to his 2019 Oscar-winning sensation “Joker”.
A lot of the sequel is rumored to be taking place inside Arkham Asylum with Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga in talks to star as Joker and Harley Quinn. Shooting on the project will begin in December.
The first film became the first R-rated movie ever to gross $1 billion worldwide along with snagging twelve Oscar nominations. Phoenix won his first Oscar for his performance>
