Jeremy Renner Broke Over 30 Bones In Accident

Marvel

Actor Jeremy Renner has revealed in a new Instagram post that he broke over thirty bones in the snow plow accident that left him hospitalized with blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries.

In a posting on Instagram, Renner uploaded a photo of himself doing leg stretches for both his legs as he undergoes physical therapy at home.

Renner wrote in the caption: “Morning workouts, resolutions all changed this particular new years. Spawned from tragedy for my entire family, and quickly focused into uniting actionable love. I want to thank EVERYONE for their messages and thoughtfulness for my family and I. Much love and appreciation to you all.

He then added: “These 30-plus broken bones will mend, grow stronger, just like the love and bond with family and friends deepens. Love and blessings to you all.”

The posting comes three weeks after Renner’s accident on New Year’s Day after he tried to help remove a family member’s car from being stuck in the snow near his Tahoe home.

The snow plow ended up running him over and critically injuring him, leading to two surgeries the next day. In the days since, Renner has used social media to keep his fans updated on his health. Renner left the hospital earlier this past week.

The Oscar-winning actor and Marvel star can currently be seen in the lead role in the recently premiered second season of “Mayor of Kingstown” on the Paramount+ service.
