Jack Harlow Joins Doug Liman’s “Instigators”

Hulu

Rapper Jack Harlow will join Matt Damon, Casey Affleck, Hong Chau, Paul Walter Hauser, Ving Rhames, Ron Perlman, Alfred Molina and Michael Stuhlbarg in Doug Liman’s new film “The Instigators” at Apple Original Films.

Chuck MacLean and Affleck penned the film, which follows two thieves who go on the run with the help of one of their therapists after a robbery goes awry.

Filming has been underway for two weeks in Boston, with shooting on Sunday involving a chase scene featuring twenty-five cars on Memorial Drive in Cambridge, Massachusettes.

Louisville-born Harlow will be making his big screen debut in a lead role in 20th Century Studios’ upcoming “White Men Can’t Jump” reboot – landing the part following his first-ever film audition. That film premieres directly on Hulu on May 19th.

Harlow has six Grammy Award nominations, two No. 1 singles and nearly 10 billion career streams, and famous collaborations such as the song “Industry Baby” with Lil Nas X.

Damon, Ben Affleck, Jeff Robinov, John Graham and Kevin Walsh are producing. Liman was recently filming the “Road House” remake and is still technically in post-production on that film even as he is shooting “The Instigators”.
