Disney and Pixar’s “Incredibles 2” continues to surpass early estimates and is headed towards an estimated $182 million in its debut weekend.
There’s no question the film will become the animated film with the highest ever opening weekend, beating out 2016’s “Finding Dory” with $135 million. It’s easily going to more than double the original’s $70.5 million opening weekend
The film earned a record-breaking $18.5 million in Thursday previews alone and grossed an estimated $71.5 million on Friday. It also became the 47th film to earn an A+ CinemaScore.
