Back in August came the news that Amazon had picked up Sony Pictures Animation’s “Hotel Transylvania: Transformania”.
The fourth and final film in the franchise had been originally planned for an October 1st theatrical run, with the Sony official site having left that date up there, but Amazon hadn’t yet set a date for its launch on Prime Video.
As a result there was confusion about why the film wasn’t released anywhere this past Friday. Now the streaming giant has confirmed the film will exclusively stream globally (excluding China) on Prime Video from January 14th 2022.
