Hartley To Lead “Never Game” Series

Actor Justin Hartley and his “This Is Us” director/executive producer Ken Olin have optioned the screen rights to Jeffery Deaver’s 2019 thriller novel “The Never Game”.

The series would follow Colter Shaw, a man raised by survivalists off the grid who travels the country in his old-school RV to help police and private citizens solve crimes and locate missing persons.

His latest case changes everything as he finds himself caught in a cat-and-mouse game with someone on his trail and closing fast.

Hartley is attached to star as Shaw in the potential first season and Olin is set to direct the project to be produced by their ChangeUp Productions and Afterportsmouth Productions labels for 20th Television.

Michael Cooney (“Identity”) will pen the adaptation and will executive produce with Hartley and Olin.
